Pros

-The colleagues -For me is the simple task that I handled -Free lunch & parking

Cons

Bad management As you can see from the previous review from 2-3 years ago, it has not changed at all. Everyone has to follow the decision of the big boss, even though it doesn't make sense. Inconsistent decision-making, since there are "other" bosses too, makes unnecessary stress & workload for the people under them. Making money is the bosses priority. Hence, they don't think of the people who will manage their expectations. Hence, a high turnover rate. For an International school, I expected all of us to be encouraged to develop our minds by learning from someone who is qualified. But the management go to person is ChatGPT. I was really disappointed with this. There's a limit in using ChatGPT, but they rely on it 100%. In certain branches, they expect everyone to speak English, so no other languages are allowed. But the management can freely speak their native language, even in meetings where people from other backgrounds were present. To me, that is very disrespectful. Of course, there's more, but I will stop here.

Pros

You get to conduct your lesson as you wish and design it according to your preference - no interference in that.

Cons

- Workshop and training almost every Friday followed by long meetings (the management really believed that the teachers are benefiting it, or at least they are acting so). The fun fact of the training is, teachers had to take turns to present (so it's back to us with extra work) - unreasonable duties - increment range every year, RM50 - RM200 - the CEO is a typical China man, the sole decision maker in the school (heads, principal and school leaders are just for namesake). Oh, he is also and AI fanatic, so the whole management team use AI for everything - from school training slides to a simple instructions - and nothing comes from their brain. - expect school timetable to change or expect to teach new subject every 3 months.
