      Pros

      Color renovation is willing to take you at zero experience and give you a chance to learn a trade, while paying pretty fair and treating you pretty well.

      Cons

      Some favoritism, not everyone gets the same experience. Zero benefits and they will lay you off in winter if you aren’t a crew leader.
