      Pros

      Fun, fast passed, great co workers. Good insurance plans but not great.

      Cons

      Middle of the road salary, under valuing employees, lack of initiative for in house training to promote within. Lack of compensation when employees take it Upon themselves to invest in new skillsets and abilities to provide more for the company. Money is always the bottom line.

As far as compensation for training, we’re delighted when employees reach out for guidance and support to advance their skillset. There are funds available if we think it’s the right fit.
