Shocking decisions of Leadership that keep firing senior management. Best way to meet financial target of the quarter. They seems to be lost on how to run the company.

Almost everything - Top Management - Extremely Biased, they all boast a lot of being biased and run a lot of these unconscious bias training and so on but given the scenario, these people are the first ones to be biased. - Perception based - They go by perceptions on people rather than going about peoples actual potential or skill. And this is kind of embeded in Colt's culture from India (BLR & GGN) to all they way UK Colt house. - Stability - They do not need people to work or make careers they rather need pawns on the chess board who they can use and throw as they wish. Only forgetting to realize they fact that they are also the pawns of the same chess board. I do not want to stretch this too much... but over all this is definitely not a place to build a career there is a lot of dirty politics, fake show-off of work, boot licking, favoritism etc... If you have to chose between Colt or any other organization please chose any other organization rather than Colt. Being in the inner circle of the Senior Management this is my honest advice to you.
