      There has been a lot of change at Colyar over the last two years. In many ways this has been a very good thing as the company is in a much better place than when I started. However, it was my single source of frustration--all the change was not managed as effectively as it could leaving a lot of unknowns and asynchrony which created more stress than there needed to be. That being said, I loved working with the team and felt upper management was solid about rewarding the team and being understanding of personal time and issues that may come up.

      I have been working at Colyar for over a year. This year has brought a lot of change for the better. From creating new processes, finding new talent, and formalizing our product offering Colyar is on the right path. The overall culture is in the transition from a small business to a well-oiled machine.

      We all know that change brings stressful situations.
