There has been a lot of change at Colyar over the last two years. In many ways this has been a very good thing as the company is in a much better place than when I started. However, it was my single source of frustration--all the change was not managed as effectively as it could leaving a lot of unknowns and asynchrony which created more stress than there needed to be.
That being said, I loved working with the team and felt upper management was solid about rewarding the team and being understanding of personal time and issues that may come up.
