      Management decisions can sometimes lack clarity. Limited career growth opportunities in certain roles. Workload can be high during peak periods. Communication between teams could be improved. Processes are still evolving and can feel unstructured.

      Friendly and open-minded people. Students are always welcome. The best portfolio of the products compared to competitors. Modern office. Easy flow among the departments.

      Cons

      Processes do exist but they are not being executed, which leads to misunderstanding, increased expenses and week QA. More tha that, some of the processes, workflow or roles are not defined in enough way.
