      Pros

      Ensuring workers are safe at work, and if something happens that are properly compensated and returned to work through rehabilitation or work redesign. This is good work to do that contributes to the greater good. People are good to work with.

      Cons

      Doesn't have good systems, though this is improving. Some staff take suggestions on improvements personally. It is a relatively small organisation so opportunities are limited.

      Great people thats about it

      Cons

      Nothing else to look forward to, contractors are frowned on by management. If your not in with management then you arent apart of the 'click' meaning you wont get any exposure to anything end up sitting on your bum doing nothing. A very demnotivating place to work.
