Poor senior leadership & restructuring chaos

Pros

Lovely people a lot of which really know their stuff and are professional, experienced and dedicated.

Cons

Change in senior leadership means CEO is ill-suited to the role without the appropriate knowledge, experience or leadership abilities. This is now a very unhappy organisation, I would steer clear for the foreseeable future until another change in leadership and damage control can begin.

No Accountability - No Worries

Great equipment provided for job. Laptops, computers etc can’t fault.

Cons

Slow paced, poor decision making and an inability to act and execute ideas at speed. No accountability for anything. No pressure to do the job well as there is no pressure to perform. People are lazy and relaxed in their high paid jobs. Too many people paid far too highly to do very little. Awful meeting culture. All talk no action. No motivation from the top to succeed and better the staff. Lack of confidence and an environment where doing little garners praise. Poor management and organisation. I still have IT equipment and when asking how they would like it to be sent back, no reply (it should have been picked up by them!) I could go on and on and on…

Great issues, exciting partners, creative environment. Plenty of opportunities to make a mark.

Cons

Really poor HR. History of badly thought through restructures. Atmosphere can be toxic. Too many egos.
