      They give a 25 cent raised every year you work there.

      Cons

      Poor management, short staffed, pay below average, no relief for proper breaks and disruptive. Poor staff members with very little customer service, bad work ethics, hygiene, lacks knowledge speciality diets and personal religious preferences in food choices.
