      Passionate professionals everywhere You can learn a lot and get a great line on your resume' Great energy if you can handle the pace and are willing to give your all every day

      Cons

      Front of house management will screw you with hours if they don't pick you as a favorite (not based on work performance) Constant overstaffing means you will get sent home Very cliquish in FOH and BOH, almost toxic Low pay
