Please get feedback for people who left the organization before joining else you will REGRET... All the old and excellent employees have left organization, When they know dark side of organization. Hiren, Pathik, Rahul, Yashpal, Yogendra, Bhavy great team players. If you are talented and excellent don't waste your career in this company. Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Dark dirty politics happen in company to destroy people's career Management was also involved all time of politics and do favoritism and giving severe stress to their employees. If your salary is high than they'll constantly giving you stress (leadership) and make sure you get tired and stop using your own brain. Department Head & CSMs wants people who are good at Spooning, But NOT WORK. Very less growth opportunities, If you're working with Old senior leaders or CSMs of company than your life soon become hell. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE - If you're in higher roles you'll get message, calls, meeting late nights. There is no policy attached with work life balance & flexible hours but will you will know reality when you start working here. Company was forcing their employees to post positive reviews. All those fake reviews are manipulated by company. Current digital marketing head "Harshal Majumdar" is puppet. Also company is firing people, forcing people to resign, and not doing appraisals on time. Not doing appraisals based on performance or with honesty.
