Pros

- just a relative better pay if you have no other offer - office is good - nothing else much, and one of the positive is lot of fake positive reviews from company hr's itself.

Cons

- highly toxic culture - high work pressure and regular out of hours working, be cautious you are also singing up for your personal life as well for no good learnings or anything useful. - caution for developers : you are actually opting for ton of ops work as developer. - you will not be working any good tech if they are saying to you, not even basics were right. - you have no learning experiences && only experience you get is some life lessons of how to survive even in a bad environment. - their systems designed are so poor and counter productive - people micro management is very high - quick hiring and quick firing is maintained in the company - business outlook not so good

Pros

- Rented small office with snacks in place (the only good thing i can think of)

Cons

Never ending list HRs themselves add these positive reviews on Glassdoor. Please check the number of upvotes in a given answer. It will give you a clear picture. Our CHRO tried to look at these reviews, discuss with CEO to improve situation, later got to know she is herself leaving the org as management's ideas didn't align with her principles - Toxic culture, you will be lucky to hear anything respectful coming out of VPs words, mostly you will hear the abuses. If anything goes wrong they come shouting as if we solely are responsible for any issue. Working collaboratively is the way but they lost the team members respect the day they shouted at team (not once , multiple times) - High pressure, ZERO Work Life Balance. Frequent change of leadership (many C level executives have resigned) - Its a complete ops work with no focus on fixing the basics. Employees are asked to slog daily without any visibility - Data analytics function is wiped off, we had a good team but all members either resigned or asked to leave. Just 1-2 folks remain with them being on the verge to breakdown (Imagine a SaaS product with no analytics function) - Leadership is busy chasing developing new features when the core product itself fails most of the times. - Though they say they have good runway of 5-8 years in every all hands, but employees are leaving and some asked to leave from our teams even though they have spent nights supporting and building things - ZERO Appraisals mind it. Even with promotions you can think of hike less < 5% unless you are a teddy bear of the management - ESOPS are just a bluff. They will give you offer mentioning esops and you will be tempted thinking you will earn in six digits. Get ready to be come out of your dreams. The current market price is much lesser than what you have / will be offered. Only the employees who joined in the first year of company might have some +ive returns. - No team outings in my tenure of 4 years. Just 1 or 2 that too when they raised a funding round. - No rewards and recognitions. Employees are demotivated with no appraisals and on top of it there's nothing to recognize them - No added benefits like gym, food, telephone or transport/fuel. Everything is taxable and health insurance is also minimalist. Zero incentives for personal development or learning. - Surveys are conducted saying its anonymous feedback, but in realty its known to HRs. Hence people have stopped raising any concerns - Company did 2 acquisitions in past of which nearly all the employees have left. Teams are being wiped off in US and UK and hiring is done for cheap labour from india -
