      1. Very professional environment 2. Staff very nice people, nice to spend your day with 3. Good benefits. Company observes many holidays and allows staff to leave early before a holiday or long weekend if current on work 4. More than willing to pay for all additional industry classes and training to improve your performance and advance your career

      Need more help to accomplish goals of the owners.

      Where to start. Well, the bad reviews on this page are all accurate and the "good reviews" are all fake. The people writing the good reviews are apart of the "Social Chair Committee". The environment is the most toxic place I have been a part of. Upper management is a joke (PAUL and SAMANTHA). The married couple that constantly fights behind closed doors and seeps into the office floor. The environment smells like the biggest fart (daily). If you're in Sales, good luck getting paid! If you are in customer service good luck with bad policies that fall on your lap. Why do all the company templates have misspellings? Is this not something you can fix in 5 minutes? Check out the verbiage on the agreement you sign to be apart of CCIA at the bottom of the contract. Let me sum it up for anyone interested. The company can and will change your pay/commission verbally or in writing at any time..... THIS SHOULD SCARE YOU!

      Do not recommend working here, management is not equally treat employees. Over 200% employee turnover within the last two years.

      Cons

      Management doesn't hold all staff to same standards, no room for advancement.
