Started right out of school and had great teachers/training with senior management. Open door policy. Can speak directly with management about anything. Smaller firm, but very tight knit group and lots of opportunities for growth/development. Can take on as much responsibility as you want to. Wide variety of projects (custom homes, auto, theme park, commercial retail, mixed use, etc.) Great office location in Newport Beach area right by the airport. Fun company trips. Annual river rafting/backpacking trip all paid for by the company. Principal engineer directly involved in projects and always available. Good pay and benefits. Company has many connections to variety of clients in the industry.
