Executive management has developed a suicide business plan that includes taking projects with no fees, no general conditions and little to no general requirements. They created the perception of good ethics but encourage underhanded business tactics. I could have forwarded may compromising emails to clients and subcontractors when I left but, decided they would expose themselves as time went on.

I left another company to come here and it was the worst mistake of my life. The PMs were shady and did shady deals and shady things. The paperwork process was out of control. Every single person that worked there would point fingers if something went wrong and never show accountability for anything. Co-workers threw each other under the bus daily. it was a terrible place to work and if I could give 0 starts I would. They are liars.
