Pros

lower-level coworkers are great and work hard

Cons

The CEO is impossible to work for and wants things his way or the highway. His assistant is also the HR department, which means the things he does wrong do not get escalated as they should.

Pros

Great people. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The mission is unique in the market.

Cons

The CEO is an egomaniac. The benefits are lacking: health insurance is expensive, there's no 401k match, and limited vacation.

No communication

Pros

Non management staff was nice.

Cons

No communication at all. For a startup that has been around for over 5 years, they are still in the startup rut. Processes are all over the place, revolving door for staff, no regards for customers, some of management has the biggest ego trip..,free lunch does not compensate for everything else
