Pros
Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is very nice and easy to work with. Management doesn’t micromanage.
Cons
Growth will be the biggest hinderance, due to the small workforce nature.

People tend to be laid back

Has typical small company issues: advancement is limited, only way to advance after a certain point is for people above you to retire/leave, not enough contract diversity to have options to make moves up the ladder, data management is rough. Lots of projects come down to unnecessary personal heroics of upper level/long tenured people who hoarded work/failed to delegate tasking
