Pros

Interesting technology, motivated, quality-oriented team. Work-life balance is good, the weekly 4 day home office is great.

Cons

A lot of chaos around management. Sometimes they sell way more projects than we can actually deliver. Salary is meh.

Pros

Interesting product and technology. Coworkers are smart and cool people, some are exceptional. Friendly atmosphere. While there are a lot of things wrong, the company actively works to improve on things.

Cons

Engineering management is clueless, a lot of processes don't make sense. Project management is a mess. Time pressure is huge sometimes. And we get the short end for missing the arbitrary deadlines. No real roadmap, it changes ever week. The old part of the code base is a mess, and we do not have time to properly clean it up.
