The company offers a fast-paced learning environment, particularly in data center manufacturing and engineering. As a consulting firm, we take on numerous tenders for commissioning consulting, allowing everyone to gain extensive knowledge and expertise in Cx management processes. They provide keen and better technical advice, leveraging the expertise to ensure optimal results.
Cons
Working at this company will significantly compromise your work-life balance. The available resources are below expectations, and you will be expected to handle the workload of two to three people simultaneously. If the day exceeds 24 hours, you will be required to work additional hours without any overtime compensation. The company frequently assigns consultants to projects without adequate training, leading to overwhelming workloads throughout the day. Despite the supportive team, everyone is exhausted. The lack of adequate facilities and no bonuses after project completion adds to the dissatisfaction. Poor management is a persistent issue here.

not ideal for fresh graduate to join here, it is recommended to acquire experience as general contractor, vendor, subcontractor before working as a commission engineer. Too much workload as the company is short of manpower. Little training is provided, you are expected to understand the technical knowledge after reviewing the method of statement, sequence of operation, drawings, etc Bonus is little compared to other companies.
