Pros

Fun coworkers and a good part time job ☺️

Cons

The CEO visits stores once a year to roll around on the floor and thank god for everything that he has. I’m sure it is a blessing to make $329,000 a year while store employees make $15 an hour. There are no Christian values in this company. The greed is so obvious I would rather go to goodwill because at least they don’t try to lie about being a helpful religious organization. Tells employees it is a “privilege” to get the same discount given to customers. 15 cent raises. Hypocritical and contradictory management. Management sits in office and eats all day. I wish I was kidding

Pros

Some great people doing great work Benefits are really good Great employee discounts

Cons

The CEO is a cult leader. He hires people who have no idea and basically just nod their heads to anything he says. He gets intimidated by people who have real promise and leadership skills, people who can genuinely make a difference and who challenge him. Those individuals mysteriously get demoted or fired.
