Clients are awesome, and seeing their growth has been amazing

Cons

Pay doesn’t match the work. Need more days off . In this field staff burn out quickly. Staff that has adequate time to care for themselves work even harder for the clients .

Supervisors did not take the time to review cases in detail with you - mostly supervised virtually and didn't know the clients.
