      Worst company have ever worked for. Full of politics, promotes only those who has good repo with manager. Good for Management people who dont want to work.

      Pros

      No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in you will start feeling cheated.

      Cons

      If you have any concern keep it in the pocket and be quite. Professional buttering people are earning well here. Manager literally shout when things go against them. Don't dare to raise your voice against anything unprofessional bcoz the hierarchy won't let your voice raise. Environment is very biased and depressing. Some people can make ur life hell and less people will make it easy. Your job is find out those who make it easy. Work culture is just Fake. Act as if you are a Blackstone guy and work as if you are a slave.

      I am extremely glad to say for whatever the duration I was at Aptify I couldnt find any Pros

      Cons

      I wish Glassdoor could give me a chance to write a book for Cons of working here. Nevertheless, this company is nothing more than just a Mutual Admiration Society where A praises B, then B praises C and then C goes back to A and then the viscous circle continues. Some managers guard their subordinates in a way as if they were their own children and turn a blind eye for their mistakes. Parallely, they also look down on some people as if they have committed a heinous crime.

We work hard to ensure our team members are receiving well rounded and impartial feedback. One specific example is that our Consulting team, which is a highly matrixed team, conducts 360 peer reviews. This review encourages fair and consistent feedback. We also encourage discussions about any and all challenges our team members face in the bi-weekly one on one meetings between team members and team leaders. Additionally, the senior management team has an open door policy where anyone may discuss ideas and concerns outside of the normal hierarchy. Lastly, I encourage all team members to come to me or our Director of Culture & People, Julia Lang, should they feel their voice and opinion is not being heard. Thank you again for your review.
