Pros
Benefits, PTO, CME, semi good pay scale. Management tends to be a little iffy fends on who you’re working under. Providers are excellent, MA seem to come and go but that’s everywhere. I did have some excellent MAs and LPNs.

Great network of employees, and good training
Cons
I really do think in a world of healthcare workers being treated like nothing, we should be compensated more. There’s a large turn over rate because employees aren’t being paid enough to deal with crap.
