      They sincerely care about the employees that work at the company. Management is always available for feedback or help, all the way up to the CEO. truly want to see you be successful in your role and they have the tools to make that possible

      They try really hard to push a positive culture, and they have improved the training department.

      Cons

      Political environment making it hard to advance without the right connections. Lack of inclusivity within leadership circles. Limited transparency in decision-making, which sometimes left employees out of the loop or unclear about priorities and expectations. Lack of standardized procedures created confusion and inefficiencies. Many processes felt disorganized and reactive, rather than planned or streamlined.
