People leaving has created a teller shortage. During lunches there is only one teller. I work hard to keep up but have been reprimanded because referrals are not given to every person, and therefore customer review scores have fallen.
Work life balance, great work environment, opportunities to learn and succeed, and most importantly a management that wants you to progress in your carreer.
Cons
Pay, especially for finance professionals could be much better. Graduate degrees not worth much.
