The mission is great and really motivating to serve the community. Mostly good teammates that want to help.

Cons

Strong themes of micromanagement from the way the vacation policy (no Flex Time etc) works to the way proper responsibility and trust is not always given.

Easy work. Good location. Like coworkers the coworkers and mission.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Low pay. Low PTO. Must be in office 5x week for 50 hrs per contract.
