      I enjoy the work and our mission Room for promotion and salary increases Great schedule Flexibility Room for growth after 1 year

      Cons

      Benefits Work environment can get toxic if you’re not careful to enforce your boundaries. Protect yourself by keeping everything in writing. The only thing I don’t like about the culture is that he/she said can get out of hand if you’re not careful.
