      Busy, fast paced atmosphere with a lot of variety that creates a varying schedule which is nice.

      Cons

      Micromanaging owners No trust in employees Very little pay No growth opportunities Not open to sharing your opinion or thoughts Will only do things “the way they have always been done” Very parental management style No respect for employees personal time Expectations are outrageous
