      Pros

      Meeting and bonding with wonderful clients Learning about mental health Some houses pay 2$ more an hour

      Cons

      Absolutely no flexible shifts You can be in your death bed and be expected to find a replacement Managers do not care about your own mental health CLO has been bringing in very aggressive and violent clients lately and does nothing about it and doesn’t care about our safety anymore. All the houses are in the middle of no where.
