Pros

Always busy, very financially stable with conservative, steady, growth to ensure sustainability. Meet a lot of people, can get involved with give back projects, wear a lot of hats, always learning, many great coworkers, more often than not a positive work environment, good technology, get to be a self-starter, great for advancement if you are quick on your feet and a people person, great maintenance, janitorial, concierge and other service teams, well respected company in the HOA management industry nationwide, good vendor relationships

Cons

As in any office, office politics and pettiness can get one down, but that comes and goes.
