Communication could be better. Information doesn't always make it to the person actually doing the work. Upper management micromanages. Company to reactive not very proactive.

No training, they don't care about their employees, just the liking boots stays, horrible job environment. Company change names 3 times in less than a year.

maybe sometimes just the deadlines for some tasks, overall everything is very doable. sometimes clients are going to guve you a harsh time (expected from mental health) other than that, everything is good.
