The only good thing is that salary is on time

There are a lot 1. Every person is for themselves. There is no responsibility 2. Terminations happens so frequently that even management employees are clueless. 3. No employee is permanent. No matter you are listed as a permanent employee but make sure to keep a new job ready always. They have laid off people even before Covid without any reason and now because of covid they have a reason as well. 4. Management is very poor. 5. There is no scope for learning. 6. Every employee is there because he/she doesn't have a job.

You get a very good salary and you actually get it.

Cons

The only company in the whole world that can afford to shut down 2 offices (one in the US and another in India) in a span of 6 months. Did that happen due to covid? Naaaah ! Their policies are more detrimental than Covid. If you want to give it a shot, pitch for a good salary, you never know when will you be fired. Good Luck

Terrible work place with no scope for growth. I am surprised how this company exists. People who don't do anything and even don't know how to speak call themselves as architects and managers. The management can fire even anyone without a reason. Recently an employee with 6 years in the company was fired without a reason. God save the employees there and help them find a good job. Almost 90% of the employees in the company are looking for other jobs and are not even close to happy but will pretend to be satisfied. I have worked in many companies but being in communityforce is the worst that can happen to you.
