      Pros

      The customers and community are great, you can learn a lot from them. Really awesome network of people on the app.

      Cons

      Truly insane level of turnover, even by start up standards. The company isn't really a start up anymore, and yet they still live in chaos. Lot of this is due to the leadership. Lots of self-inflected problems. Lack of respect for the team.

      Communo is a great place to work with an experienced leadership team. They will be a big player down the road. I learned a lot.

      Great company with an awesome culture. Everyone cares about each other and the CEO and executive team are easy to reach.
