Work culture lacks inclusivity and fairness. There’s a noticeable bias in management and HR decisions, with certain regional groups being favored over others. Performance-based rewards are inconsistent. Employees who put in sincere effort and dedication often go unrecognized, while others are rewarded disproportionately. Zero empathy when it comes to health or personal issues — even serious mental health concerns are brushed aside. Night shifts are handled without proper consideration for employee well-being. Communication from leadership often feels more like pressure than support.

Everything feels like cost cutting. Food quality is extremely bad, benefits are just for namesake, and there are no celebrations, no rewards & recognition, literally nothing that makes feel valued. The office atmosphere feels dull and depressing most of the time. There is no proper workflow or process. Everything is rushed and management expects instant results for everything. Even hiring and firing happen very quickly. Salary usually comes around the 4th or 5th of every month, which is frustrating. Despite working hard, especially during night shifts and handling a lot of pressure, there was no hike this year. It feels very demotivating when hard work is not appreciated at all.
