Pros

They pay on time. Benefits are good. Entry level candidates can learn the new technologies.

Cons

They don't give any feedback for the applicants. Do lot of fake promises and will not stand by their words. Managers are dumb and always try to screw the employees.

Apart from timely salary nothing much

Cons

Management is the worst. Everything revolves around their relatives. If you are a relative of the CEO that's all you need rest are treated very bad. They got no respect for employees and the CEO thinks the employees are working for Biryanis. He has no Clue what his relatives are doing.
