      Clear communication, Best Employees empowerment, rich employees caring, Perfect people development and coaching, nice team work and good paymaster with nice amenities.

      Pros

      Not much of challenges and changes. Everyone "seems" nice to you and do not set a higher goal and you may earn some easy money + overtime charges -- but not that high. Steady job environment.

      Cons

      Pay low. Even higher of levels than you expected (Years of stay considered as well). No bonus for first 3 years. No regulated leave for first year.

      company locate in a good location. This is a local company and provide bonus based to employee.

      Cons

      Base salary lower than other company but bonus is higher. colleague not all qualified, some is lazy and older style.
