PTO is a joke. You have to work for a YEAR to get any PTO, and even then it's only 10 days a year. Bereavement time off is insulting. Insurance cost for employees is too high, it doesn't make sense for employees to use their insurance. HR is very inconsistent. No loyalty to employees. Raises were withheld multiple years. Employees were expected to get to work on snow days with very dangerous driving conditions. The CEO was great, but every senior level management member was very difficult to please and unwilling to make improvements.
