A great team if they could be allowed to focus on the work rather than getting pulled from pillar to post all the time

The directors all have different opinions of what direction the business should be going in.

The management top level are very friendly and the environment is relaxed. Hard work and effort is noticed.
Cons
I felt code quality was not a high priority, as long as it looked ok and worked they were happy. Bad habits thrive in this kind of environment, it is not good for personal development and could impact future jobs, especially for juniors. direct line management and project managers were not very straight talking and felt a little untrustworthy, contrast to top level management.
