Pros

Surrounded by supportive and helpful colleagues - at the start. Friendly culture with a collaborative work environment - at first. No experience role as advertised.

Cons

High KPIs are expected as early as the second week, which can feel overwhelming. Training is brief and largely observational; you mostly watch demonstrations and are expected to perform tasks independently very quickly. While advertised as “no experience necessary,” prior experience is often required to advance successfully. The employee wellbeing program can feel less accessible for underperformers; those seeking guidance may be overlooked, and management tends to prioritize high performers. The company’s focus is heavily on customer outcomes, which can sometimes come at the expense of employee work-life balance. The “hire fast, fire fast” approach creates a high-pressure environment with little room for mistakes or gradual learning.
