Great place to learn & soak all ORR policy & procedure knowledge.

Cons

Endless list. Horrible management. If you are good at your job they will never promote you. Micro managing. No RAISES ever. Had people hired that had no qualifications for certain roles just because their family is friends with the CEO. National director kept changing. Exploitation of Spanish language capabilities. They will use and abuse you. NO UPWARD MOBILITY no matter how loyal & great you are to the program. Bad communication between staff and management.
