Pros
Free leads - they aren't exclusive but they are not aged - easy to get appointments using their CRM. Hands on training. They offer new agents 4 full days of training and then we get assigned to a designated sales manager who helps us every step of the way. Weekly commission pay on Saturday's and weekly bonus pay on Tuesday's. Commission only - much higher commissions then when I was getting a base + commission at my old agency. I never thought I would like commission only but now I would never go back. Amazing website with all the tools agents need to succeed. In addition, they have a live chat available on the website and mobile app for agent support. On-boarding process was extremely quick, only took 3 days for me to complete contracting. Independent agent non-captive, able to contract with over 200 carriers and sell any product imaginable such as private health, marketplace, medicare, life, annuities, IULs, and so much more. I could go on, but the point is they have absolutely everything I could ever want as an insurance agent, hands down the best agency there is.
Cons
Getting started is a grind, since it is commission only it took me about a week and a half to get my first pay check. It took a week for me to build my pipeline but was easily able to get on auto-pilot. Plus most W2 jobs typically take 1-2 weeks for you to get paid when you start. This isn't really a con, but was the only thing I could think of.
