Some good people in the company.

Cons

The company is not what they claim to be, the CEO's motto is: "Your great attitude guarantees your success at Compass!", do not believe it. Ask about recent office closures (open less than 6months) and personal that has been let go. They also pay the lowest scale in the industry for most positions. If you stand up and speak the truth, you will be forced out, not a good model for growth. Mangement fees are excess and hinder division managers and groups financial success.

The company is small and doesn’t seem to have a lot of experience. There’s not enough communication between departments there’s no sense of company goals, mission, how key results are measured at the company level. As a sales team, we only hear about sales. We’re blind to the rest of the departments. There are no growth opportunities. People get hired here because they know someone or are family, and get promoted to manager based on how long they’ve been at the company, not how capable they are of managing people. 10 days off per year whether you’re sick or planning to take a vacation.

Family environment with allot of stability and room for growth. This is a great company to make a home at.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hectic with rapid growth but the good news is management listens and takes advice.
