      Pros

      Option to learn more on supply chain. Salary always on time.

      Cons

      No work life and personal life balance. Skilled employee is expected to do everything. Benefits to only family and friends of the CEO as 80 percent of the employee are family or freinds or relatives of the CEO and they take everything for granted.
