      Lots to learn Customer service people are great to work with

      Cons

      No transparency, lots of talk of transparency. Leadership lacks experience. Everyone is so buried in their work it's hard to get help from different departments to complete tasks timely or get back to customers.

      Pros

      Some lower level employees are absolute rockstars. There are truly some employees that shine bright, are very smart, and are fun to work with. Product team stands out as having some incredibly talented people.

      Cons

      C-Suite and leadership show very limited transparency, to the point of it feeling shady both internally and externally. This is while they act like they are transparent. I would echo from other reviews that the realistic company motto has been over promise and under deliver, again both internally and externally.

      cool concept and nice people

      extreme lack of internal process & comms. google sheets to track all finances c-suite team is not transparent but they claim they are no one has any idea what their actual role is company will die within 12-months
