Pros

Monday - Friday schedule. Can flex schedule at times. Admin staff get a work cell phone. Wifi printer

Cons

Terrible management and communication. CEO, CFO / Owners want to make the company a family oriented kind of business, but fail to treat employees with respect and integrity.

Terrifying place to work.

Pros

They let you work from home 16 hours out of your work week. Schedule flexibility is the only pro here unfortunately.

Cons

Worst job I ever had. Terrible work/life balance. You will work NON-STOP. A decent portion of this will be off the clock because they expect you to cram 60 plus hours worth of work into a 45 hour work week. For pager, expect to work around the clock for an entire week at least once a month. The culture is so toxic that they employ the use of several different personality tests and philosophies to try to appear hip, progressive, and like a positive work environment (3 personality tests, seven values, several philosophies and an endless amount of acronyms). It's all fake and the second you question anything, they will say "maybe you don't deserve a seat on this bus." In reality, the "bus" you are on feels like a cult (they are Bethel... look up BSSM in Redding) and when you look around, you will notice a lot of empty seats on the bus for a reason. They have a high turn over which adds stress to every poor soul still trying to ride that hideous bus, destination depression.
