      Pros

      - Very smart, collegial, collaborative employees - Fun, engaging culture - Simulating science and a deep pipeline (3 assets in clinic) with great funding - OrbiMed backed - Outstanding benefits (no out of pocket medical expenses) Compass is for hardworking people who want to make an impact.

      Cons

      Very small company so be aware that employees do wear many hats in order to support the organization

      - Small team allows for broad involvement in many projects across disciplines and functions, with the ability to contribute in non-traditional ways - Regular interaction with CEO and senior management - Great culture with a fun environment - Strong pipeline with excellent potential

      Pros

      HR does an amazing job at keeping up the company culture. There are programs in the pipeline and drugs that are very soon to be in clinical 2 phase. I am certain that 2022-2023 will be a pivotal year for Compass. It is a great time to join this stable and growing company while other biotech’s are faltering amidst the economic turndown. The people make this company and Compass continues to invest in its people and teams. Another great quality is transparency and open communication of the state of the company, especially within recruiting and talent management.

      Cons

      I see a positive shift of Sr Management hiring highly skilled G&A and R&D staff; as well as taking the time to create relationships. Sr Management is developing trust in their teams to be direct and creative in their roles. The only con is there could be more engagement to further develop professional relationships cross-functionally.
