    I have been working at Compassion International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The model of working with children through churches is wonderful and the entire program has depth and can make a world of difference for the child

    Cons

    It is a challenge to find working staff with strong passion and desire

    Organization is so large, it can be difficult at times to get the right people in the room and it can take a long time and a lot of meetings to make decisions.
