Pros
I don't even know where to start. The owner and employees are super quick with any and EVERY question I've ever asked. To my surprise, they offered medical AND dental benefits at a cost that was better than government healthcare has offered. I've received holiday pay after 520 hours of consecutive hours worked, which also surprised me. I've been with over 20 staffing agencies in 10 years in Portland (completed every single assignment with glowing reviews, thank you :) ) and NO OTHER agency offers these extras in this way. I honestly never want to go to another agency. Chawn has always answered my questions within 24 hours, and gone above and beyond in her position as my recruiter. As a student who works full time and goes to school nights, I have to say that I am overly optimistic for my future with this agency.
