Pros

There are none. Please read the cons for information about Complete Emergency Care.

Cons

This company leaves a lot to be desired. You'll be promised room for growth and always let down. Hard work and dedication will most definitely go unnoticed and unrewarded. Management is inconsistent to say the least. What goes for one does not go for all, and are quick to choose employees to favor, which can then do no wrong. There is nothing hard about the job other than the environment. It is toxic and ridiculously money hungry. HR never follows up on questions/concerns and very unlikely to help you resolve issues. Annual merit reviews/raises are a JOKE. If you plan to ever get a substantial increase in pay from your starting salary, then don't work here. We are talking bare minimum, folks! There is CONSTANT drama in all departments. Please take what I have said and consider your options wisely before accepting a position with this company.

Pros

Decent pay for someone without experience, night time emergency clinics are slow and great time for homework, 3 12’s are pretty cool

Cons

Some management isn’t the best, training period is very short, lots of trial and error.

Pros

I'm new to working at complete care, but so far I have only good things to say. The people who work there are kind, patient, and good at their jobs. The coorporate entities seems to genuinally care about the people they employ and the services they provide to communities. Nothing bad to say really.

Cons

Not really a con, but theres a popcorn machine in the back. Theres kettle too, but we can't make popcorn! I don't know why, I think because of the smell? Oh well, no popcorn at work.
