Pros
CMS is a great place to be if you are driven, collaborative and quick to apply feedback. They offer full benefits, unlimited PTO for salaried employees, and also have a sweet kitchen fully stocked with all the treats you could ever want. Many employee's kids love to visit and even beg to come to the office as there is a killer game room. Another plus is the leadership is very approachable.
Cons
There are a couple of diffrent brands that CMS offers, like Nexio. Sometimes it is hard to define whose roles apply to which brand clearly. With leaders being approachable sometimes it can be hard to find a time when they are available.
